Structure of Heritage Plus activities

Activities take place at WRVS Centres and local venues in each area.

Sessions last for up to two-hours in length, once a week and last between 5 and 10 weeks in duration.

Activity sessions are facilitated by freelance artists and trained volunteers.

Through the activity sessions 'products' are produced that record the important histories remembered, discussed and celebrated.

Shown on this website are examples of 'products' from each area, including booklets, textile banners, audio recordings, memory boxes and artwork.

'Products' will be archived at East or West Sussex Records Office at the end of the project
