Information and Guidance Volunteer
Peacehaven/Newhaven. Transport costs reimbursed
This is an exciting opportunity to volunteer within the heritage sector and social care sector. You will staff the Heritage Information Point at the project centre and report to the Project Coordinator.
Your tasks will include:
Sourcing relevant information for the Heritage Information Point. Staffing the Information Point. Providing information and guidance to service users and the public. Undertaking any necessary training (OCN Information and Advice).
The Person
Must have good communication skills. Must have a keen interest of volunteering/working within the heritage and/or social care sector. Must have a positive and imaginative approach to volunteering work. Should possess good interpersonal and team working skills.
