Crafty Coffee morning chatter

The school's a big influence on the community. I really like the school. Selina
I have a lot of friends around here. I've moved back three times. I'm a Fishersgate yoyo! I love Fishersgate with a passion. I'm here to stay now. I live on Fishersgate Close opposite the school. Julie
My son's in the Fishersgate Flyers Football Club. Selina
I like this school and my friends. I love my house. I love the area. I've lived here for six years. Clare
My father came to this school and his brother and sister and my great uncle Sid did too. So did I and all my children too. This school is 72 years old. We all grew up around 'The Gardens', all the Hardings. My mum and dad met because they lived two doors down from each other. I remember the old power station, my grandad used to work there. I grew up here. After I had my daughter Megan, I came back as I wanted to be near my family. It was a nicer place to bring up a family. Lisa
My uncle was Sid too. We only found out we were related from looking through photos of the previous pupils over 72 years and I recognised the surnames. We're all Hardings - Lisa's grandad Wally was my uncle. There are a lot of Hardings around here. Joyce
I've lived here for 16 year. I lived in Shoreham for year and when I moved here it was so quiet. It was lovely. Being involved with the Crafty Coffee group has made me loads happier. I feel really involved now. Val
