From Heritage Plus 'Tales of Winter' activity.

These books were made with contributions from participants on a Heritage Plus workshop at the WRVS Centre in St Leonards-On-Sea. The workshop was entitled ‘Tales of Winter’ and over ten weeks from November 2009, participants met together to discuss their memories of the winter season. Through this, the memories they recalled were used as a basis for producing some hand made books on different themes with the assistance of local artist Alexandra Leadbeater, who also ran the sessions.
